All children in the Parish, grades 2-8 are welcome to join!
Rehearsal time: Wednesdays from 3:30-4:15/4:30 pm
First rehearsal is September 10
OLV school students will be escorted by a teacher or faculty member to the church on Wednesday afternoons
Public school students should be dropped off under the covered area of the church (on the Parish office side) by 3:30.
Children's Choir sings at Mass approximately once per month (schedule TBD)
Children's Choir will participate in the Christmas Concert at the OLV Social Hall on Saturday, December 13 at 6:00 pm. We will rehearse the day of the concert in the Social Hall with the combined choirs.
Children's Choir will sing at the 4:00 pm Christmas Eve Mass with carols beginning around 3:30 pm.
Children's Choir will sing at the 11:00 am Mass on Easter Sunday
Because we love to praise God through our music. As the Psalmist says, "Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth! Serve the LORD with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!" This is the definition of Music Ministry, and we are blessed to be called to serve with our songs!
